David K. Barr has joined Venable LLP as a partner in the intellectual property litigation life sciences group in New York, the firm said Friday.
Barr focuses his practice on patent litigation, adversarial patent office proceedings, transactions, and counseling for life sciences clients, according to Venable.
He also works on life sciences transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, and licensing and collaboration agreements, Venable said.
