Venable Adds Partners Kelly, Coen to FDA Group in Washington

Jeremiah Kelly and Justin Coen have joined Venable as partners in the FDA group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.

Kelly’s practice focuses on helping companies navigate the FDA’s regulatory framework for drugs, biologics, medical devices, and combination products, according to Venable.

Coen advises clients on each stage of product development, pre- and post-approval regulatory compliance, and commercialization strategies, said the firm.

They join Venable from the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, US Army Medical Research and Development Command, according to the firm.
