Venable Adds Joseph Choi as Corporate Banking Partner in NY

Joseph Choi joined Venable as a partner in its corporate practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Choi advises borrowers and lenders on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including private credit transactions, recapitalizations, bridge and mezzanine financings, and structured and project financings. He also works with banks, lenders, private equity funds, sponsors, and other operating companies on financing products and structures, including restructuring and workout transactions, the firm said.
