Brian Koosed has joined Venable as a partner in its commercial litigation practice in Washington and New York, the firm said Thursday.
Koosed represents clients in all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration, including pre- and post-closing deal disputes, business fraud cases, and defamation actions, according to Venable.
He has experience counseling the retail manufacturing and financial services sectors, specifically in the context of “business divorces” such as adversary proceedings in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, the firm said.
