Venable Adds Commercial Litigation Partner Koclanes in Denver

Peter Koclanes has joined Venable as a partner in its commercial litigation practice group in Denver, the firm said Monday.

Koclanes has experience litigating securities and class actions, patents and other intellectual property, corporate governance and business tort claims, and disputes involving energy, oil and gas, trusts and estates, and real estate, according to the firm.

He conducts internal investigations for corporate clients, and appears in matters before federal and state courts in Colorado, New York, and other states.
