Stuart Chasanoff joined Vedder Price as a shareholder in its finance and transactions group in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.
Chasanoff’s practice focuses on private equity, fund formation, SBIC, and mergers and acquisitions. He represents private equity firms, institutional investors, independent sponsors, and portfolio companies, the firm said.
