Christine De Pree has joined Vedder Price as a shareholder in the firm’s investment services group, the firm said Tuesday.
De Pree has both in-house and firm experience in counseling investment companies and investment advisers in relation to regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues, according to Vedder Price.
She previously served at Franklin Templeton where she focused on fund disclosure and transactions, said the firm.
