Jeremy Alexander has joined Vedder Price as a shareholder with the health care and professional associations group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Wednesday.
Alexander will focus on complex regulatory, transactional, and enforcement matters for health care providers and suppliers and investors, according to Vedder Price.
He served as a partner at Reed Smith in the life sciences and health industry group, Vedder Price said.
