Vedder Price Hires S. Preston Ricardo as Litigation Shareholder

S. Preston Ricardo joined Vedder Price as a shareholder in its litigation practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Ricardo represents clients in post-closing mergers and acquisitions-related litigation, business torts, shareholder disputes, complex fraud, and claims for breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, and breach of contract. He also focuses on representing employers and employees in matters involving post-employment restrictive covenants and trade secrets, including actions involving emergency injunctive relief and expedited discovery, the firm said.

He joins from Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe.
