Jason DuVall has joined Vedder Price as a shareholder with the finance and transactions practice group in Dallas, the firm said Thursday.
DuVall will focus on representing financial institutions, private equity funds, mezzanine funds, agents, and other institutional investors as well as matters relating to senior and subordinated debt, second lien financings, and asset-based lending, according to Vedder Price.
He previously practiced with Dorsey & Whitney.
