Kate F. Buckley has joined Vedder Price as a shareholder with the finance and transactions group in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Buckley will represent private equity funds, portfolio companies, and public and private companies in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of mergers and acquisitions as well as represent debt and balance sheet restructurings, joint ventures, rollover transactions, secured lending facilities, and divestures, according to Vedder Price.
She previously worked at Eisner.
