Kimberley Lunetta joined Vedder Price as a shareholder in its labor and employment practice in Miami, the firm announced Monday.
Lunetta defends and counsels clients on labor and employment issues, focusing on the financial services, life sciences, and telecommunication industries. She advises on employee medical leave and disability accommodations, and defends against disability discrimination and failure to accommodate claims, the firm said.
She joins from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
