Vedder Price Adds Hoyoon Nam as Shareholder in New York, London

Hoyoon Nam has joined Vedder Price as a shareholder with the global transportation finance team in the New York and London offices, the firm said Friday.

Nam has experience in the maritime and transportation finance sector. He acts for owners and financing sources as well as private credit matters representing investment funds, according to Vedder Price.

He will advise on regulatory issues pertaining to maritime financing transactions such as the Jones Act, American Fisheries Act, and vessel registry requirements, Vedder Price said.

He served as a partner with Seward & Kissel in the corporate finance group.
