Valley National Bank Recruits Lyndsey Sloan as General Counsel

Lyndsey Sloan joined Valley National Bank as senior executive vice president and general counsel in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Sloan most recently served as deputy general counsel at The Huntington National Bank, where she led a team advising across business lines and functions, oversaw regulatory relations, advised on transactions, and served as corporate secretary to the board of directors.
