Utz Brands Taps True Value for New Legal Boss Post SPAC Deal (1)

Potato chip producer Utz Brands, Inc., has named Theresa Robbins Shea as the company’s first executive vice president and general counsel, effective Tuesday.

Shea joins the 100-year-old snack maker as its first in-house lawyer after more than a decade with hardware wholesaler True Value Company, LLC., where she was most recently vice president and general counsel. Before that, Shea worked for United Airlines Inc. as senior counsel and began her career in private practice with Seyfarth Shaw.
