Snow Christensen & Martineau, a Utah-based firm, will merge with Spencer Fane on March 1, 2024, according to a Wednesday news release.
Snow Christensen & Martineau, which was founded in 1886, focuses on industries such as banking, real estate, health care, government, and insurance sectors, Spencer Fane said.
The merger expands the reach of each firm geographically and broadens strength in the areas of litigation, business transactions, financial services, intellectual property, insurance, health care, white-collar criminal defense, and labor and employment, according to Spencer Fane.
