The US is asking a federal court to pause a pending case over Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s shakeup of the childhood vaccine schedule while it weighs an appeal.
The request, filed Thursday by the US Department of Justice, asks the court to halt pending proceedings in the case until the May 15 deadline to appeal an order from March pausing Kennedy’s unprecedented moves to reduce the number of recommended vaccines for kids.
