Scott D’Angelo will join UL Solutions as executive vice president and chief legal officer, the company announced Tuesday.
D’Angelo will oversee the legal, brand integrity, ethics and compliance functions at UL Solutions, the company said.
He joins from CTS Corp., where he served as vice president, chief legal and administrative officer, and corporate secretary.
