The U.S. intelligence community doesn’t have enough women, minorities, and people with disabilities, a new government watchdog report says.
The 17 federal organizations that make up the intelligence community have made slight progress toward increasing diversity over the past decade, including 6% more disabled personnel. But they continue to lag behind the rest of the federal government and civilian workforce, the Government Accountability Office found.
