Two Firms Lead StoneCastle’s interLINK Platform Sale to Veritex

Skadden Arps is advising Veritex Holdings Inc., parent of Veritex Community Bank, on its acquisition of interLINK, a tech platform for deposit gathering and processing.

Dechert is advising New York-based financial services firm StoneCastle Partners LLC, which owns interLINK, whose legal name is StoneCastle Cash Insured Sweep LLC, according to a statement.

StoneCastle Partners, whose backers include Boston-based private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, is getting around $91 million in cash and stock in the deal, expected to close in the third quarter.
