Dechert advised Cerberus Capital Management on its investment in Lighthouse Autism Center, a provider of behavioral analysis for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
McDermott Will & Emery advised South Bend, Ind.-based Lighthouse.
Lighthouse founder and chief executive officer Gregg Maggioli and Abry Partners will also invest in the transaction, for which no financial details were disclosed, according to a statement.
