Greenberg Traurig is advising French private equity firm Antin Infrastructure Partners on its acquisition of a majority stake in OpticalTel, a fiber broadband provider in Florida’s fast-growing market.
Latham & Watkins is counseling Miami-based OpticalTel on the transaction, which is expected to close in 2023’s first quarter. OpticalTel is Paris-based Antin’s sixth investment through its mid cap fund, according to a statement. No financial details were provided for the transaction.
