Two Antitrust Attorneys Rejoin Wilson Sonsini From Freshfields

Jamillia Ferris and Matthew McDonald have rejoined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as partners in the Washington, D.C., office, according to an announcement this week.

Ferris and McDonald represent clients before the Federal Trade Commission and Justice Department in merger matters and civil conduct investigations, said the firm.

Ferris will be one of two co-leaders of Wilson Sonsini’s antitrust and competition practice.

The pair most recently served at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
