Twitter, Former Worker Resolve Layoff Notice Violation Lawsuit

Twitter Inc., now known as X Corp., Pro Unlimited Inc., and a former worker are ending their dispute over whether the companies failed to provide required notice before laying off employees in 2022, according to a court filing.

Francisco Rodriguez and the companies Tuesday submitted a notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice to the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Counsel for the parties didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
