Twilio’s Legal Chief Leaves After Activist Battle, CEO Change

Twilio Inc. disclosed late Monday the pending exit of chief legal officer and corporate secretary Dana Wagner.

Wagner, a high-profile hire in 2021 by the cloud communications platform, didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. A Twilio spokeswoman said there’s no disagreement between the software company and Wagner.

A securities filing by Twilio states that Wagner will remain with the San Francisco-based company through Jan. 1, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition of his duties.
