MOVING SWIFTLY to keep its tariffs in effect, the Trump administration plans to ask the US Supreme Court to intervene as early as Friday if a US appeals court doesn’t immediately pause a ruling that most of the president’s tariffs are illegal, Erik Larson and Greg Stohr report.
