David B. Dove will join Troutman Pepper to lead the regulatory and economic investment practice in Georgia starting Feb. 1, the firm said Thursday.
Dove has served as the executive counsel to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, according to Troutman Pepper.
He has also served as interim director of the Georgia environmental protection division and chief of staff and legal counsel to the Georgia secretary of state, Troutman Pepper said.
