Jonathan Homer and Bruce Steinert have joined Troutman Pepper as partners in the corporate practice group in New York and San Francisco, respectively, the firm said Thursday.
Homer joins from Gibson Dunn and works within the private equity industry. He specializes in leveraged buyouts and advising clients in respect to finance transactions, according to Troutman Pepper.
Steinert, who joins from Perkins Coie, has experience in private equity leveraged buyout debt financing and represents clients on debt financing and related corporate matters, said the firm.
