Dustin Till joined Troutman Pepper Locke as a partner in its energy practice in Portland, Ore., the firm announced Tuesday.
Till’s practice focuses on hydropower, environmental, and renewable energy law, the firm said. He advises on regulatory, policy, and tribal issues, particularly related to relicensing and compliance challenges for hydroelectric assets.
He joins from PacifiCorp.
