Troutman Pepper Locke Recruits Casey Bell as Energy Partner

Casey Bell joined Troutman Pepper Locke as a partner in its energy regulatory practice group in Austin, the firm announced Monday.

Bell counsels clients on regulatory strategy, contested proceedings, and transactional matters involving electric utilities and energy market participants throughout Texas. He works with agency proceedings, corporate transactions, and litigation to meet the needs of clients in the Texas energy market, the firm said.

He joins from Duggins Wren Mann & Romero.
