Marisa Young joined Troutman Pepper Locke as a partner in its insurance transactional and regulatory practice group in Chicago, the firm announced Thursday.
Young advises financial and strategic buyers, sellers, and investors on mergers, acquisitions, business formations, corporate restructurings, and other complex business transactions. She also works on insurance regulatory compliance matters, drafting regulatory filings, and liaising with state insurance regulators regarding ongoing and potential transactions, the firm said.
She joins from McDermott Will & Emery.
