Troutman Pepper Locke Adds Thomas Heffernan as Energy Partner

Thomas Heffernan joined Troutman Pepper Locke as a partner in its energy transactional practice group in New York, the firm announced Thursday.

Heffernan advises companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors and provides guidance to both public and private companies, including private equity, venture capital, and growth equity firms. His practice encompasses work in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, minority investments, and reorganizations, as well as work in the health-care and fintech industries.

He joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
