Kate Pennartz joined Troutman Pepper Locke as a partner in its real estate practice group in Dallas, the firm announced Monday.
Pennartz advises developers, investors, and lenders on complex real estate transactions spanning the full lifecycle of deals, including acquisition and construction loans, mezzanine financing, private debt and equity placements, and structuring of joint ventures. She counsels clients on the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of commercial assets, including office, retail, hospitality, industrial, and multifamily properties, and advises on corporate transactions with significant real estate components.
She joins from Holland & Knight.
