Troutman Pepper Locke Adds Daniel Valenti as Real Estate Partner

Daniel Valenti joined Troutman Pepper Locke as a partner in its real estate practice group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Valenti focuses on real estate joint ventures, mortgage and mezzanine financing, preferred equity arrangements, and acquisitions, and dispositions. He advises investors, sponsors, lenders, and borrowers, with clients ranging from institutional and publicly traded companies to closely held firms, the firm said.

He joins from Goulston & Storrs.
