Christopher Fernandez joined Troutman Pepper Locke as a partner in its bankruptcy and restructuring practice group in Charlotte, N.C., the firm announced Thursday.
Fernandez advises and represents commercial mortgage-backed securities special servicers and master servicers, focusing on loan workout, loan enforcement, and CMBS servicing litigation defense. He also represents lenders, servicers, and special servicers in transactions and contested matters, including workouts, restructurings, foreclosures, and bankruptcies, the firm said.
He joins from K&L Gates.
