Kevin Crisp has joined Haynes Boone as a litigation partner in Orange County, Calif., the firm said Wednesday.
Crisp, who joins from Troutman Pepper, counsels clients on corporate fiduciary duty, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and bankruptcy matters, according to Haynes Boone.
He also has experience with all manner of business torts and contract cases, said the firm.
