Lloyd J. MacNeil has joined Troutman Pepper as a partner with the capital projects and infrastructure practice in Los Angeles, the firm said Tuesday.
He represents developers, sponsors, investors, and lenders of capital and infrastructure projects, according to Troutman Pepper. He also provides advice on energy portfolio services and energy efficiency solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
MacNeil, who joins from McDermott Will & Emery, also previously served as general counsel for Edison Energy, a portfolio of energy companies held by Edison International.
