Troutman Pepper Gains Financial Services Partners in Washington

Kevin Petrasic and Matthew Bornfreund have joined Troutman Pepper as financial services partners in Washington, DC, the firm said Monday.

They represent US banks and bank holding companies, foreign banks in their US regulatory needs, and payments companies in their bank relationships, according to Troutman Pepper.

They join from Davis Wright Tremaine. Petrasic also served as the managing director of external affairs and the director of Congressional affairs at the Office of Thrift Supervision, and Bornfreund was an attorney in the legal division at the Federal Reserve Board, Troutman Pepper said.
