Donna Byrne has joined Troutman Pepper as a partner in the energy practice group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Thursday.
Byrne, who previously practiced at Steptoe LLP, has experience representing clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and in the federal courts, according to Troutman Pepper.
She joins the firm’s FERC team and will lead the enforcement practice, Troutman Pepper said.
