Andrew Mann has joined Troutman Pepper as a partner in the consumer financial services practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Thursday.
Mann, who joins from K&L Gates, focuses on antitrust, competition, and trade regulation, according to Troutman.
He advises clients on joint ventures and competitor collaborations, exclusive dealing, joint purchasing, and joint selling arrangements, said the firm.
