Stephen Schweiger joined Troutman Pepper as a partner in its finance and restructuring practice, the firm announced Monday.
Schweiger represents financial institutions in financing projects and agents in complex projects involving multiple lenders and tiers of financing, the firm said. His practice includes construction, mezzanine, and permanent financing, as well as credit enhancement for the issuance of both taxable and tax-exempt bonds. Additionally, he handles the workout and resolution of problematic loans on a national, local, and regional level.
He joins from Goulston & Storrs.
