Troutman Pepper Adds Nanette Heide as Private Equity Partner

Nanette Heide joined Troutman Pepper as a partner in its corporate practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.

Heide represents private equity investors and multinational and domestic corporations in a wide spectrum of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, the firm said. She also has formed and structured private equity funds.

Her clients come from the consumer products, medical devices, technology, media, and cannabis industries.

She joins from Duane Morris.
