Jean Gonnell has joined Troutman Pepper as part of the regulatory investigations, strategy, and enforcement practice group in Charlotte, N.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Gonnell, who joins from her private practice, focuses on cannabis and tobacco law, according to Troutman Pepper.
She began her legal career in Colorado and has represented more than 100 clients in the cannabis industry, Troutman Pepper said.
