Rakesh Gopalan and David Wolpa have joined Troutman Pepper as partners in the corporate practice group in Charlotte, N.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Gopalan has experience with public securities issuances, complex technology and outsourcing deals, and private and public company mergers and acquisitions, according to Troutman Pepper.
Wolpa focuses on securities offerings and disclosure matters, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters, said the firm.
They join from McGuireWoods.
