Allison Perlman joined Troutman Pepper Locke’s energy transactional practice group as a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office, the firm announced Monday.
Perlman’s practice spans the lifecycle of renewable energy transactions, including project finance, project development, M&A, tax equity, and tax credit transfer transactions for wind, solar, storage, and emerging renewable technologies. She regularly structures complex capital arrangements and negotiates risk allocation for projects from development through construction and operations, the firm said.
She joins from McDermott Will & Emery.
