Travis Kalanick’s Real Estate Startup Looking for Legal Talent

Travis Kalanick, a co-founder and former chief executive officer of Uber Technologies Inc., is looking to hire in-house lawyers for his company City Storage Systems.

Kalanick acquired City Storage, which repurposes distressed real estate, for $150 million in 2018, the year after he stepped down from Uber amid a reckoning over his leadership of the ride-sharing giant. City Storage’s assets include CloudKitchens, a virtual restaurant startup reportedly valued at $15 billion.
