Timothy Swickard has rejoined Lewis Brisbois as a partner and vice-chair of its toxic tort and environmental litigation practice in its Sacramento, Calif., office, the firm said Tuesday.
Swickard also joins the environment, land, and natural resources law as well as the government affairs and public policy practices as a member, according to Lewis Brisbois.
He focuses his practice on federal, state, and local government relations for permitting and licensure, regulatory due diligence, and compliance and government enforcement litigation, said the firm.
Swickard previously served as a partner with Lewis Brisbois between 2012 and 2018.
