Three Firms Steer Altamont’s Buy of Residential Services Company

Morrison Foerster and Ropes & Gray advised Altamont Capital Partners on the private equity firm’s acquisition of Service Minds Inc., a provider of electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning services.

Sarasota, Florida-based Service Minds, which has over 20 locations across Alabama and Florida, got legal advice from Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick.

Altamont’s acquisition of Service Minds creates one of the largest providers of residential services across the electrical, heating and cooling, and plumbing trades in the southeastern United States, according to a statement.
