Paul Hastings and Kirkland & Ellis advised health care specialist private equity firm BPOC on its recently closed multi-asset continuation fund led by three big private equity investors.
Proskauer Rose represented Apollo’s sponsor and secondary solutions business, S3, Blackstone’s Strategic Partners, and Rothschild’s Five Arrows alternative investment unit, which co-led on the transaction. It also included investments by JPMorgan, Newbury Partners, Committed Advisors, and Kline Hill Partners, according to a statement.
