Debevoise & Plimpton is advising Clayton, Dubilier & Rice on its agreement to acquire PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s global mobility tax and immigration services practice, with an eye on post-pandemic compliance challenges faced by global companies.
Davis Polk & Wardwell and Linklaters are advising Big Four accounting firm PwC on the transaction, which is expected to close in the first half of 2022 and for which terms weren’t disclosed, according to a statement. The Financial Times reported the sale price is $2.2. billion.
